New Moon Sound Bath – August 23rd

Join us for an immersive experience in the Salt Cave with crystal bowls and melodies gifted by Rachel. Classes are lined up to coincide with each new moon throughout the summer.

We do have some yoga mats and meditation cushions, but feel free to bring your own, if desired. Water is recommended; please ensure it has a lid.
